so i have seen a number of tumblr posts about shoulder hooping recently and wanted to post this tutorial i watched yesterday. it is good information for both beginner and advanced hoopers!
Universe loves me! I was trying and trying and trying to get shoulder hooping down and I still can’t but before I even looked for a tutorial… up pops this! saweet.
